IL Capital Limited (ILCL) is a full-fledged merchant bank registered in Bangladesh. It is owned by International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL). The Company was incorporated on November 24, 2010 and awarded a merchant bank license on April 04, 2012.

The ILCL management team comprises professionals from different areas of capital market with strong academic background. The team has an aggregate of 70 years of experience in serving the Bangladesh finance and capital market.
